  • Recruiting/hiring candidates that are the best job fit.
  • Providing support and guidance to employees and management.
  • Monitoring compliance of established policies and practices and reviews policy updates.
  • Conducting disciplinary investigations.
  • Administering employee pay and benefits.
  • Administering Work Comp and safety issues.
  • Conducting the City’s Health and Wellness Program.
  • Handling insurance coverage for the City’s properties, vehicles and equipment.
